Claude Implementation Consultant for Small Business

I set up Claude and Claude Code to do real work inside your business, in your own accounts. Not a demo and not a chatbot widget. Anything that leaves your business or changes a record waits for a person's yes.

What I build

Small, working pieces of Claude that take a real job off your plate. Here's the kind of work I've done.

Inquiry and lead handling

Claude reads each new inquiry, researches the person, logs the deal in your CRM and drafts the reply. You read it and say yes before anything goes out.

Know-how turned into manuals

For a roofing contractor, Claude turned a service manager's head-knowledge into an operations manual of about 150 pages and a 60-page Quick Start, checked against 30 days of his answers.

Screening and write-ups

A bilingual job application with AI screening that checks 13 physical requirements and writes a 12-section candidate report in about a minute. It cleared legal review before launch.

Meetings into tasks

For a commercial solar company, a meeting engine that turns a recording into a written record and a task list. I tested it over 5 rounds and made 16 fixes. The office manager ran the write-up herself on a real meeting.

Claude coaching

If you'd rather run it yourself, live sessions set up Claude Cowork, Skills and Claude Code on your own account. $195 to $695, by size.

One real result

For a private aviation charter broker, I built a lead engine with Claude Code. It reads each new inquiry, researches the person, logs the deal in HubSpot and drafts the reply for review. It was live when I handed it over. I added a daily check that each automation ran and did real work, with its backup alarm on separate infrastructure, so a quiet failure doesn't stay quiet.

How it works and what it costs

Coaching is priced by size on the home page, $195 to $695. A build comes after a plan and is priced from that plan, either fixed or hourly with a cap. What every build carries is on What Goes Into a Build, and the whole route from the first call is on How an Engagement Runs. Nothing starts without your yes.

Questions

What does a Claude implementation consultant do?

I set up Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code to do real work inside your business, on your own accounts. I map the workflow first, build the smallest useful piece, and check it against a before-number from the plan. Anything that leaves your business or changes a record waits for a person's yes.

Do I need to be technical?

No. In a coaching session we work live on a screen-share, on your real jobs, and build as we go. In a build, I write a how-to for the people who'll use it and walk them through it on their own work.

Should I book coaching or a build?

Coaching is for people who want to run Claude themselves. It's $195 to $695, by size. A build is for when you want me to make the thing. It's priced after a plan, either fixed or hourly with a cap, and nothing starts until you've said yes.

Do you work with Claude Code specifically?

Yes. I built a lead engine with Claude Code for a private aviation charter broker. I can set Claude Code up on your own account so you use it yourself, or I can build with it for you.

Is it safe to use with customer information?

Everything lands in your own accounts, not mine. If a build would touch health, client or other personal records, nothing touches them until we've agreed in writing how they're handled. I don't give legal, licensing or compliance sign-off. Your own adviser does.

Are you connected to Anthropic?

I'm a Claude Partner Network member (2026).

Where to start

It starts with a free conversation. Tell me the one job you'd most like Claude to take off your plate, and we'll work out together whether it's worth building and whether coaching or a build fits.
